At Kazusaya Peanut Studio, we use the Chiba Hantate variety, which is grown in Kisarazu ・ Sodegaura ・ Ichihara ( West Kazusaya Plateau ) and is said to be the most "sweet" and "aromatic" variety. We select only the best quality directly from the producing farmers and roast and process them in house. We do not use any preservatives ・ in order to provide safe products to our customers. In addition, in order to prevent the excellent properties of the Chiba hantate seed from deteriorating, we have reduced the number of machine processes as much as possible and insist on making our products by hand. We are proud to say that our "sun-dried karazuke" and "hand-pulled unroasted" products are truly outstanding products.

At "Hiraoka no Sato," an agricultural park in Sodegaura, we also hold hands-on farming workshops. The celosia flowers are really beautiful, aren't they?
