We are particular about our original method of cooking ramen at a high temperature and pressure of 136°C using a custom-made pressure skidder, and offer a creamy soup with no distinctive pork bone odor. We offer not only our standard tonkotsu ramen, but also a wide variety of seafood, jiro-style, and tsukemen noodles, attracting customers of all ages, from families to students to people on their way home from work.
