・ Citizens between the ages of 60 and 65 who have a disability in the functions of the heart, kidneys, or respiratory organs to the extent that it severely limits their own personal daily activities, or a disability in the function of the immune system to the extent that it makes daily life almost impossible due to the human immunodeficiency virus. （ Generally equivalent to Level 1 of the disability level ）
