Contest for Ideas for Environmental Conservation Activities Led by Young People Held ！.

Connecting the Future with Your Inspiration ！
Chiba Prefecture will hold an idea contest for environmental conservation activities based on the ingenuity of young people in order to foster young people who will lead the next generation of environmental conservation activities.
The contest will select the best ideas and award up to 500,000 yen in prize money, as well as support actual activities.
We are now accepting applications for participation in the contest. We are looking forward to the challenge of many young forces.

・ Description of ideas
Ideas must be ideas that will lead to solutions to environmental conservation issues occurring in Chiba Prefecture through self-initiated activities.
The issues to be addressed should be those identified by organizations or companies that are actually working to solve local issues related to environmental preservation, or those that the applicants themselves have identified.

・ Application period
From July 14 （ Friday ） to September 19 (Tuesday ） 5:00 pm

・ Eligibility
Groups of 3 or more members, mainly consisting of young people in their 20's. The group must have at least 3 members.
（ An organization shall consist of at least half of its members who are up to their 20s. ）

[Examples] Student clubs interested in environmental activities, local youth groups working on solving local issues,
Youth teams formed as part of corporate activities, university laboratories, etc.

In addition, any organization, regardless of whether it has a legal personality or not, must meet all of the following requirements However, the applicant must meet all of the following requirements.

a. The applicant must be able to actually work on and account for the submitted ideas.
b. The person responsible for the idea and activities must be clear.
c. If all members are minors as of the date of application, there must be guardianship by an adult, such as a parent, teacher, etc., regarding the activities and accounting for the submitted ideas.
d. The applicant must not fall under any of the persons listed in the items of paragraph 1 of Article 32 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups （ Act No. 77 of 1991 ）.
e. Not being a person under the control of a crime syndicate or a member of a crime syndicate or a member of a crime syndicate (including a member of a constituent organization of a crime syndicate).
f. Not be a person whose main purpose is religious or political activities.
(k) Not a person whose purpose is to endorse, support or oppose a particular public office （ candidate, including ） or political party.
