In Ichihara City, the annual disposal cost is about 3 billion yen （ * ） per year.
If we reduce the amount of garbage that one citizen produces per day by one rice ball （ 100 grams ）, we can reduce 26.9 tons of garbage per day and waste disposal costs by approximately 980,000 yen for the entire city.
If we translate this into a year, we can save about 9,800 tons of waste and about 350 million yen.
Even a mere 100 grams can lead to great results if we all work together. We ask for your cooperation in reducing waste.
