White Cane （ A white cane ） is considered a "safe blind person's cane" under the Physical Disability Welfare Law, and has three functions: to gather information about the condition of the place where you are walking, to protect you from obstacles, and to inform people around you that you are visually impaired.

●When you encounter a visually impaired person
If you see him or her in trouble, call out to them and give them your eyes and hand. When walking together, stand on the opposite side of the white cane, hold the white cane slightly above your elbow, and walk half a step in front of the person. Never push from behind or pull on the hand or cane. Some people with visual impairments are totally blind, while others have difficulty seeing.

●Do you know about help marks ？
There are various disabilities other than visual impairment, some of which are difficult to recognize from the outside.
We provide a help mark to those who have such disabilities and wish to receive it. The mark is designed with a white cross and heart on a red background.
