Arrest of perpetrator regarding suspicious person information

Since around April of this year, there have been several incidents in the vicinity of Anesaki, Ichihara City, in which a suspect has approached elementary and junior high school students on their way to school, saying, "You have a bug on you. The police investigation led to the arrest of the suspect who is believed to have committed this crime.
