Nordic Walking in Joso Sarashiki Park ！.

ポールdeいちはら歩こう会では、ノルディックウォーキングの普及のため、毎月2回、ウォーキングイベントを開いています。私たちと一緒にイベントに参加して、ノルディックウォーキングを始めてみませんか？

Pole de Ichihara Walking Club is active in Ichihara City to promote Nordic walking.

■ Location
Joso Sarashiki Park Lawn （ Meet at ） in front of Kura Sushi. Instructors in yellow uniforms will be our landmarks.

■ Registration
Not required. Please come to the meeting place on the day.

■ In case of rain
If it is light rain, the event will be held.

■ Health
Please wear masks and ensure social distance.
Please do not participate if you have cold symptoms.

■ Participation fee
100 yen （ Insurance fee 100 yen ）

■ Pole rental fee
200 yen

■ What to bring ・ Clothing
（ Please make sure you can use both hands as you will be holding poles in both hands. ）
