We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.

Conditioning is the hottest topic of the day, and it is an exercise in body conditioning.
We take the body's habits, put it back into the correct position, and then
train it so that it is not distorted.
The exercises are not too strenuous or strenuous, so

Yoga mat, 1 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, drink
* Please bring 2 bath towels if you do not have a yoga mat.
* Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
