The calls are made under the name of a real business, and in particular, recently there have been many cases of calls pretending to be from "NTT Finance. In addition to billing, there have been cases where the caller asks for personal information such as name and date of birth.

If you receive a bill for an unpaid charge that you do not remember, do not take the call and ignore it.
