The Ichihara City Youth Guidance Center's "Children ・ General Consultation Service for Young People" provides free of charge necessary information, advice, and referrals to appropriate specialized institutions for various consultations for those up to 39 years of age living in the city.
In addition to the person himself/herself, consultations are also available from family members and others.
