Consecutive burglaries

Ichihara Police Station informs you of the following.
A series of burglaries have occurred in the area mainly along the Tateyama Expressway in Ichihara City. The perpetrators break windowpanes to enter rooms and steal money and goods.
As a measure to prevent burglary
○ Replace windows with security glass or apply security film ！
○ Install auxiliary locks （ and a second key ） on the sash ！
○ Keep plants low and windows, which are easy entry points, visible from outside. ！
○ Install sensor lights to improve visibility ！
Reinforcing security equipment in your home will also help prevent burglary.
Report any sightings of suspicious persons wandering around your home to the Ichihara Police Station.
