Citizens of Ichihara who have never had the same vaccination （ 23-valent vaccine ） in the past and who meet one of the following conditions
（ 1 ） 65 years old as of the vaccination date （ 65 years old ）
（ 2 ） 60 years old to under 65 years old with a disability in the functions of the heart, kidney, or respiratory organs that severely limits daily activities of daily living, or a disability in the functions of the immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus that makes daily living almost impossible. （ Generally, a person who has a disability to the extent that the person is unable to perform daily activities of daily living. * "Households on public assistance （ including recipients of benefits for Japanese residents in China ）" and "households exempt from municipal and prefectural taxes" are required to submit the necessary documents to the medical institution at the time of vaccination. If you submit the necessary documents to the medical institution at the time of the vaccination, you can receive the vaccination free of charge.
