*Heat Stroke Alerts are issued when the risk of heat stroke is expected to be extremely high, to alert people to the danger of heat stroke, and to encourage them to take action to prevent heat stroke. The "Heat Index （, a numerical value to determine the risk of heat stroke estimated from temperature, humidity, and solar radiation ）," which has a high correlation with heat stroke, is used for the announcement.
