I am Simone Canal.
I am an Italian living in Japan.

I love cooking and I worked in a pizza shop and a restaurant in Italy.
I learned how to make dough and how to combine flavors, so my life is mostly homemade food.

I am very careful about my health, so I don't use sugar and I make it in a balanced way.
Of course, if it doesn't taste good, I can't be satisfied, so I make it with proper taste.

I travel abroad a lot and am influenced by other countries, so in addition to following Italian recipes,
I often make original dishes by combining different seasonings and ingredients.
