We set up a temporary course in the soccer ground in the central park in Hachimantai, Kisarazu City, and on Monday ～ Friday mornings, good-tempered friends gather voluntarily to enjoy themselves while promoting target ・ bird golf widely in the community and striving to maintain their health.
Target Bird Golf （ abbreviated as TBG ） originated in Japan （ and was invented by golf enthusiasts living in Kawaguchi City ） and is a lifelong sport recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
The game is played by hitting a synthetic resin feathered ball with a single PW golf club （ with a special club ） and placing it in the "Advantage Hole （ 1.1m diameter ）, which resembles an upside-down umbrella.
The motion of hitting the ball and the basic rules are the same as in golf, but it is a sport with moderate technical difficulty, requiring the correct form of shot, which is the basis of golf, and easily affected by the wind due to the characteristics of the shuttlecock ball. Anyone with the strength to swing a club can enjoy the fun and ease of golf in a familiar and enjoyable environment, and the sport is ideal for health promotion through moderate exercise.
