Studied cultural theory at university, and after graduation worked for a general company.
While working there, he was attracted to Japanese traditional crafts of "Washi" (Japanese paper) and "Lamps" and started creating them.
In 2001, he devoted himself to creative activities, and in 2007, he opened a studio in Okusawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.
Currently, in addition to making lights, she holds handmade light classes and teaches seminars throughout Japan.
